best baby monitor?

Looking for a video monitor with a good distance range (nursery will be on second floor while master bedroom is on first) to use once baby leaves our room. Would love if it had an app so we could watch from our phones also, but I've read iffy reviews on wifi monitors, and our internet isn't the most reliable 🙄. Any suggestions?

We have a relatively low-tech Summer Infant monitor with a large screen. The audio works well and it has no trouble transmitting between floors. It also has worked from the back yard and outside our garage.

We use infant optics. Reaches everywhere in our hours- her room is 2nd floor but I'm often on first floor when she naps

Project Nursery! It doesn't hook to wifi so if you have problems with your wifi, this would still work. It has the mini monitor that you can wear as a watch or keychain or however you'd want. It's a great monitor for my family definitely.
