PCOS weight loss tips?!
i just finished my first year of college and i put on a lil more than the freshman 15:( i was already a little more unhealthy than i like to be when i entered college and i've started to feel really bad about myself. unfortunately, i've always struggled tremendously when it comes to losing weight. i have PCOS and a lil bit of a thyroid issue so i believe that contributes to the difficulty of dropping a few pounds. do any of you ladies have tips or tricks to help me? i work out a few times a week and i drink tons of water. what usually works for you ladies? (i'd really appreciate if ppl w PCOS commented but i would love and be so thankful to get responses from everybody and anybody!) 💛
