My boyfriend recently told me that he was originally only with me because he wanted to get laid (which was originally why I was with him as well) and it just made me feel like crap. Also my best friend t is always talking to him and he accidentally called her babe once and when he says her name he gets this tone in his voice that I don't like. Should I break up with him or am I just over reacting? I don't really want to because I really do love him but he never talks to me about anything anymore and he has become super distant and hasn't been hanging out at my house as much....

I feel like there's a lot that we don't know but in the end when it comes down to it if you're not happy then break up. There's no point in being upset all the time.

I think you're over reacting to what he told you - because you were only with him for the same reason. So there's no reason to get up in a tizzy about that. And him calling your friend "babe" once by accident also isn't that serious. Words slip. It happens.

However, if he's being distant and isn't devoting as much time to you as usual, then you should talk with him about what's going on. Communication is important :)

My SO and I started our relationship kinda the same. Neither of us were looking for a serious relationship. I wanted sex, he just wanted something casual lol. We both knew what we wanted and what the other wanted. But we both agreed that if we were going to be sleeping together we would only be with eachother. Communication is key and without how do you what your SO feels? If it doesn't feel right and you don't like it you can either try to change it or leave it alone. If it was meant to be he'll come back.
