5 days after birth

So I delivered my daughter vaginally 5 days ago and I've been in a lot of pain. My back hurts so much that I can't walk sometimes. I also still can't sit because it hurts. Today I'm bleeding very heavily and it's bright red. I am getting pain in my stomach and I passed a clot a little bigger than a golf ball. Is this normal or should I call my doctor? My hospital discharge papers said clots shouldn't be large but I googled and read mixed comments about what's normal and what's not for blood clots.
