It's swollen and painful. I thought it was a bug bite but is it possible to be mumps??
No other symptoms for the moment

If it was mumps his glands would be swollen, not behind the ear. If it's really bothersome and getting worse, definitely see a doctor

Mumps would be in front of the ear. It could be an abscess (infection) and could also be something called mastoiditis (happens after an ear infection). Definitely have a medical professional take a look.
