No poop in almost 4 days?

My 3 month old hasn't pooped in almost 4 days he's passing gas just fine and he doesn't seem like he's in pain but there's just been at no poop should I call his pediatrician? He's breastfed

He'll poop it's just stress but I'd go to Dr tomorrow or the next if he still hasn't

My son was exclusively breast fed till he was 5 months old than I supplemented with homemade formula and nursed as much as I could but when they're breastfed they can go a week or longer without pooping because they're body completely digests the breast milk where as when they drink formula they poop right away because they can't digest it the same way,  my son would poop every 6 days and it was jist a mustard color n smelled sweet now he poops like a man at almost 2 years old lol I miss those days !

Maybe could allergic to your breastfeed. I did same as mine and I figure she allergic to cow milk.

Breastfed babies can go up to 10 days without pooping and it's normal.

If he's formula fed you might want to talk to your doctor coz I'm not sure about that but he might be constipated. If you breastfeed though he's likely fine. I breastfeed my daughter (with a bottle of formula here and there) and sometimes she'll poo every day or every other day, and sometimes she'll have a few days between poos. The longest she's gone is five days, and I've been told anything up to a week is normal. When it gets to about four or five days I do a little baby poo massage to try and help things along. Maybe it's just coincidence and the poo was on the way already lol but the three times I've done this my girl has done big poos within an hour or two. I found several good massage tutorials to help baby pass poo or wind on YouTube so just look it up there if you want to give it a go (:

Is he breastfed?for breastfed babies it normal for formula fed,massage his tummy,do bicycles with his legs,put a lil water down there and if that doesn't work,use kyro syrup just a couple drops in the bottle
