Calling all PHOTOGRAPHERS!!!

Ladies! Im currently a stay at home mom, i have a 9 month old baby and i was looking into becoming a photographer in the next few months- a year. I want to get an affordable camera no more than 250, i know cheap. But we cant afford anything more for now, i want to just start off with that for family and close friends and hopefully i will be able to afford a professional camera by the end of the year or beginning of next. I want to know what camera you recommend for a beginner ☺
