How does twin pregnancy feels like?

I'm 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant, this is my third pregnancy. I've have not yet have any morning or night sickness. But I'm experiencing a little bit of cramping pain on my back and sides.. And I'm already should and my belly button is starting to poke out. Is that a sign of expecting 2 baby's? Have not yet gone to the doctor but my appointment is this coming Tuesday. Please help

It's normal to have a lot of bloating in early pregnancy...so maybe it's that? It would be unlikely to start showing at 5w, even with twins. I have twins and this is my 2nd pregnancy (show sooner), I started showing at 8w, which is still super early. The pulling and cramps you are feeling are also normal in early pregnancy.

I had extreme sickness when I was pregnant with my twins. I joked that it was twins and was shocked at my ultrasound to find out it was.

I know eating more a main thing bc my friend had2 set didn't make it and now pregnant again with another set of twins. I am a twin and I personally want a set of twins. It's neat. Good luck.

Really that's scary and cool.. But as for me all my symptoms right now are very different from my other 2 so I kinda think I might be carrying twins lol or maybe it could just be me.

You didn't say if it were any different than your first and second pregnancies? Are there any twins? Any family history of twins?

Well with my first two it was nothing like what I'm feeling now.. And yes twins runs in my family on my mother side though. My grandmother has two sets of twins.. And also I've been having wired dreams and everything I dreamt about is always a pair.
