how old is your LO?

How old is your little one when you go for a stroll in the park for a walk to exercise and stuff of that kind? Any suggestions or advice? I plan to work out once baby comes because of weight gained during pregnancy which is ridiculous... any suggestions on work outs also? Thank you in advance !

I started walking with baby a few days after we got home. It was short and slow at the beginning but we worked back up to miles pretty quick. I started running at 8 weeks, and I ran my first 5k with baby when he was 7 months old.

I started walking as soon as I was able. My first outing was about 1/8-1/4 mile and it felt far! I'm now 8 weeks post partum and I can walk miles a day.

I haven't started running or yoga much yet, but I would like to when my daughter allows me to more easily.
