Progesterone level is 39

This month was my first round of Clomid. I got progesterone blood work done last Wednesday and they asked me to come into the dr today to get my results. My level was a 39 which they said was "promising" that I'm pregnant because it's so high, but not to get my hopes up (like that's even possible). I ovulate on my own, but just later in my cycle. Now the waiting game to see if AF comes.
