Iud removed 3/2

Ok ladies I don't know if this is normal after mirena is removed or not but I had it removed 3/2 spotted that day had a little af on 4-8 then had a positive ovulation test on 3/12 according to past cycles I should start on the 30.... But my breast are swollen and tender to the point it hurts to wear a bra!! I don't know if it could be my body getting adjusted to not having the iud or what!!
