Teenager and sex

Okay so i hope you guys wont be harsh with me but im 16 years old there is this guy ive been talking to for 4 years now just friends. He hasnt brought up sex once but when im around him my sexual urges are threw the roof which of course is just my hormones but i really want to have sex. Im a bit nevous as to if i should wait or not. I just got off my period & it says im at 3% risk for pregnancy.
