I have a little problem(tmi)

So I got some major dick and oh my God but anyways while it was going on it was focused on the kind if bladder area. I woke up the next morning and I was in so much pain holy hell. For the past day and a half I've been pissing razor blades and blood. I'm pretty sure I got a UTI but I'm not completely sure. I don't want to go to the doc u know and I wasn't sure if there was a way to fix it... My boy doesn't use condoms but we never have a problem with friction, yet I'm on the ring. If it is a uti I don't know how to solve it or if its anything else idk. Hopefully it will go away but I'm a little worried. :/
