Advice:NEEDED...how did you's cope after a big break up? :'(

It's been 8 weeks now since my fiance (10yrs) left me for a younger girl 10 weeks before our wedding. Had to cancel everything myself and pick up the peices. Still feels so raw and I feel so lost. Hate that the date is coming up too soon :'(...  How did you girls every cope after a big break up? What would your words of advice be? Thank you. Xxxx

Find yourself again, after being in a relationship for that long you tend to lose yourself. I'm a caregiver so I'm always taking care of others and putting others wants and needs before mine and that was the one thing that really helped me was when I found myself again and started doing things for me I was able to slowly move on. I would also suggest maybe getting away for a couple days. Take a quick little trip, no phone just you and soul search that will help a lot too!

Wow I'm so sorry that happened to you and what an ass asking for your hand in marriage to only take it back 😡 I know it hurts but look at this as a gift, a chance to find ourself, to go out and have fun with friends and family. A chance to really just enjoy yourself and get to know yourself all over again! The best revenge is to move on and never look back and look happy and sexy doing it!! What he did is betrayal and you deserve more!!
