Depends on the baby. Mine was born at 38w weighing 6lbs3oz and wore them at least a month and a half

My baby was 6.8 and wore his for 5 month couldn't gain weight and still have problem with gain weight now and he be a year old on he 20th . And only 18lb now

My LO wore newborn for close to 4 months. She was born 6lbs 15oz, and was in the 30th percentile for weight at her 2-month appt. We had to buy her a lot of newborn clothes after she was born lol. But a lot of babies do outgrow newborn quickly...it's kinda hard to really know until Baby is here 🤷

My baby is 2 months old (9 weeks) and still in newborn. He was small (6lb, 4oz) and struggled to gain weight for about 2 weeks, but finally is almost too big for them. He's already too long for his sleepers, but can still fit into just normal onesies

Both of my kids have been 8 pounders and in newborn 2-3 weeks I tend to buy more 0-3 months just incase 🙂

Not very long. Maybe somewhere between 2-4 weeks. The 0-3 month outfits are a little bigger so he stayed in those a bit longer.
