OK this is going to be a long story but I'll try to make a quick.

I've always had period issues. I started very early (I had just turned nine) and after my fourth or fifth. It became a regular I was getting my period every other week. I was put on a light birth control when I was about 10 and after two years they finally regulated. When I was 12 my periods became a nightmare. I became completely immobile the first two days the cramps were so unbearable. I always thought it was because of the fact that I used to be on a birth control so my hormones were out of whack (which is why I was cramping so bad). I'm always knew what endometriosis was but I never considered myself having it as I always thought the only reason my cramps are so bad was because of my history on BC.

It wasn't until another symptom kind of arose it kind of brought up some questions. I havent been sexually active with another person in 2 years. However, I do masturbate. For the past year masturbating has become painful. I know that a symptom of endometriosis is pain when egaging intercourse, but I don't know if this is the right pain their refering to. I don't really feel pain in my vagina when I masturbate but whenever I'm close to climax the right part of my abdomen aches, (The best I can describe it is it feels like there's a muscle twisting or it feels like my uterus is squeezing, it kind of feels like really bad menstrual cramps). I do use toys (and have always) but even when I use my hands it feels off.

I know regardless, I should talk to a doctor. But I'm just wondering if I'm being hyper paranoid? Like I said I always thought the cramps were due to the fact that I used to be on birth control. And although yes pain when intercourse is a symptom of endometriosis there for him to pain in your vagina right? Should I even bother taking a test or am I just going crazy?
