Wish I knew

I had 2 mirena iud for a total of about 8 years. I had it taken out on May 8th and AF started on June 6th it lasted 6 days. I guessed my cycle as 28 days but today is day 30 and still no AF and pregnancy test is negative :( anyone know if your cycles instantly go back to normal after an iud?
