my sonogram looks the same as last week😩

I went to the doctor today for my #6weeks check up and my sonogram looks the same as last week #5week check up and the doctor say my baby isn't doing much progress (it's still just the regular sack) she said not to worry because it just means I'm to early .... anybody else have had this problem. I'm really nervous and is getting me down!
