pelvic pain during ovulation

Do any of you get severe pain before and during ovulation? I get such bad cramps for a full week before my period, and then during my period (4-6 days) I have about 2-4 days of feeling good and then I get such horrid pelvic and lower abdomen pain during ovulation. Is this normal? I just feel like there is so few days out of the month where I feel great. I eat healthy, work out at least 5 days a week and sleep 7-9 hours a night. I just feel like I treat my body so nicely to always feel so "blah"
