Hard? HELLL YES! Traumatic? No.

I think because i have PTSD, my fight or flight response kicked in at about 4cm dilated and i mentally blacked out. I don't really remember anything until i pushed my sons shoulders out & let out a huge sigh of relief. 
I had an episiotomy & my son had to be helped out with forceps. Labour was over 35 hours. Did it with only gas in the last two hours, but the gas didnt do anything.

My 1st one - kinda. I was I duced, labored 14 hours and ended up with am emergency c-section.

My 2nd one was. It was a scheduled repeat c, but I reacted very badly to the spinal block they gave me, which then had me in recovery over 6 hours and in and out of conscientious.
