I didn't get much feedback, so I hope I can get more this time. very confused.
I took this test, it's the Safeway off brand. The thin blue line showed up immediatly (pics taken right after). 
Now I've seen thin lines like this when there's an evap, but these aren't evap lines.
What should I do? Positive or negative?
