Started swelling

So this is my 2nd pregnancy. I am currently 34 weeks pregnant. Never swelled with my first one. Swelling in ankles and my hands. My cousin said my face is swelling but i dont see it. What i read the swelling is normal. My bp is typically low 115/60....well my home machine is reading 133/80. Is this reason to be concerned? I have a drs apt tomorrow and will discuss this with them BUT thought i could get some advise on here.
