Advice please

Hi everyone. I'm 26 years old and my boyfriend(ftm trans) and I are ttc for the first time. We have done all the research out there and talked to Drs. I have quit smoking and cut back my caffeine. We have a donor and are going to start the process soon (I ovulate in a week). Is there any other random nuggets of advice anyone out there has for us. Both from people who have succeeded and going through the process.

*Oh one last thing to clear some things up, my bfs and I are having a three-way with the donor. More of a chance of getting pregnant and I don't mind having sex with a man to have a child. I've slept with men before.*
