no sex in my marriage

So I've been married for 3 years. Have a 3 month old. My husband and I don't have sex at all.. it's been almost a month now. Everytime I want to do it he says oh check on the baby . When the baby is sound asleep.. he also did have sex with me at all while I was pregnant.  everytime he wants to do it I'm very tired from being up all night... he is very distant from me I don't feel " wanted" by him... I ALREADY "talked" to him about how I feel. That DIDN'T seem to change anything...
