gym routine ideas? help pls


i am 16 and i used to be in volleyball and that got and kept me in shape but since i am no longer in vball i joined a gym because i've noticed i'm not as "in shape" as i used to be lol

so does anyone have any tips for a toned body (mostly interested in legs, arms, and abs)
