Inplant bleeding

Can someone help I am so confused I not post to start my period until the 13 of this month i ovulated around the 29 or 30 and I am seeing blood it starts of light pink than second time it's brown with streaks and now red and than light again but it's dripping out of me but only when I go to toilet I notice it it's not a lot to fill a pantyliner it's patchy on the liner as well and when I wipe its goes away and when I rewipe it's nothing much on the paper so I am confused and not a haven cramps very light
