Success with Clomid/IUI with unexplained fertility in late 20's?

Question

My husband and I are both 29 and healthy. We've been trying for about 1 year and 4 months. I had an early miscarriage last May (6 weeks) but nothing after that.

We went for fertility tests this past month. So far everything has come back normal. We're just waiting on the sperm analysis. It's been a frustrating process given there's no real problem to point to or fix.

If I don't get pregnant this month, we may start Clomid/IUI treatment next month. Has anyone with unexplained fertility had success with this? Any words of encouragement?

Fingers crossed this is our month. Trying to remain positive.

Thanks everyone for the support. I think I was prepared for the potential unexplained fertility diagnosis since I've been doing a lot of researching on my own, but my husband is still processing it. He doesn't get frazzled easily and I can tell this is troubling him. It could be because all my tests came back okay and we're waiting for his semen anaylsis results. So he might be anxious to see if there's something wrong on his end.

The whole situation worries me too but it's not something we can control and no one is to blame. I took a genetic test a few back and hope to get the results today.

I just hope IUI/Clomid works quickly.

We also have unexplained infertility. We're gonna hit 2 years of TTC if our first round of IUI + Clomid doesn't work out this cycle.

Hang in there! This just purely sucks but it'lol all be worth it in the end after getting a sticky BFP.

My husband and I are having unexplained fertility as well. It's hard knowing what we can do when you don't know what to target. All tests came back normal. Only thing that was a little low was motility for my husbands little swimmers.
