I need advice!!

So I have been posting a lot about starting Clomid 50 mg for the first time! On Monday my OB told me to take it on days 5-9 and BP 9-15. He is hard to understand when he talks. So I thought he meant July 5th-9th. Nope after research she meant CD5. I'm pissed cuz he should of said cycle 5-9. So I took my first pill last night! Called the office today and he told me to not take the next 4 till July 8th-11 and then BP 12-17! Do bbt chart but no OPKs. He is old fashion. I'm going to anyways. What are good OPKS and when do I start and any advise when to BP. But the results to my emotional night last and this am I changed doctors. He did say I still have a good chance but again I still believe I ovulated on the chart he had me do in June.
