HELP HELP HELP!!!!

I had an awful miscarriage in august , I was 11 weeks but the doctor said I didn't need a d&c.

I bled for 4 months straight.

Now I have awful periods so painful & heavy. Like I've never had before.

My main concern is I am also bleeding during my fertile window. Earlier this week it was enough I had to wear a pad or tampon. Not light like ovulation bleeding.

It lasted 2 days.

Has anyone else had a similar problem?

Idk if I'm just having these problems bc of the miscarriage or what but it didn't start until after that. The Dr ran tests and blood work & I said I'm completely healthy and can keep trying. But if everything is all good why the exceptionally bad periods & heavy bleeding right before I ovulate?
