beginning with makeup
i just started using makeup this year. i spent $40 on a foundation from toofaced, $25 on a setting spray from tarte, and a sample of a concealer and a primer that my aunt gave me. Should i get anything else as a beginner? I heard of using baby powder as a setting powder but i haven't experimented with it yet because i don't want to look crazy. Any tips would also be helpful!
