7 month old getting worse at sleeping?

My son was sleeping through the night at 6 months. But now.he wakes up 2-3 times to eat . Literally he wants a full 8 oz bottle. And he's waking up earlier ( 6 am instead of 7). I put him down at 6:30pm with 2 naps during the day. Nothings changed there but his sleeping at night is getting worse and worse and im exhausted. I don't know what to do. Any advice or reasoning why this is happening?
