Any moms have preeclampsia?

What were your signs and symptoms? I am 29 weeks and having concers if i have it. Gonna mention to my doctor at my next appointment

I developed severe preeclampsia the day after my 40 week check up. My only symptom was a bad upper stomach ache that wouldn't go away.  I thought I was just going into labor soon but my mom told me to go get checked and I'm glad I did.

I had preeclampsia in my previous pregnancy so I go to the pharmacy to check my blood pressure on the machines there. Just takes a minute. The rise in blood pressure is something you can check on your own but at the dr they look for the blood pressure and protein in urine. Excessive swelling is also a symptom.
