Lower back pain, Diahrea, and Vomiting

So I'm 24 weeks 5 days Prego with my 2nd child. Last night I experienced some serious pain to My lower back. It felt like I was constipated, but had some diahrea. The pain was so bad I vomited everything I ate that night back up. I had serious cold chills from the pain of my stomach and back. Was shaking cold, It was horrible. Has anyone else experienced stuff like this??? Today I haven't had much energy and stomach and back still kinda hurt, but nowhere near as bad.....
