TMI alert - poop related

My birth control triggered something in my digestive system and i was in massive pain for months with sporatic diarreah. Long story short...after a bunch of tests and food diaries the doctors don't know what is wrong with me. I'm on some pills that are helping, but every once in a while I get super LONG poops. Normal diameter, but super LONG. I'm a small person and I don't really eat THAT much, so I'm a little concerned and wonder if maybe its a symptom of whatever is wrong with me?Anyone else have this? Can you offer insight?
