I'm 20 years old with a 9 week old baby boy and need advice asap😭😭

I'm 20 years old with a 9 week old baby boy and need advice asap.

I was with my boyfriend/baby father for 3 years on and off. When I told out I was pregnant he didn't want it at first but he stepped up and was fine with it at the end. He was amazing at the birth ( crying the whole way through lol). Things was going great till he felt like I was telling him what to do and taking control with our child so we recently break up as thing wasn't working out. Since then he hasn't seen our child for a month now. He always been saying his coming to visit and he coming to pick our son up ( to take him to his house ) but he never shows up. He came round twice to bring nappie, milk etc. I tried texting and calling him but he never really picks up or answer my calls. I told him why ain't you seeing and spending time with your son his response was " I don't need to be there as he is young. He doesn't know who I am yet". He thinks it okay to just bring some stuff for our son and now see or spend some Bonding time with him. Right now I am so confused, just because we have broken up it doesn't mean you stop being a father to your child. I don't what to do and how to felt right now😭😭
