Drop of blood worried pls help

Last night when I wiped I saw no more than a drop of blood on the toilet paper. It was more dirty than soaked and then it stopped. I took crinone from 6 weeks to 10 weeks but I stopped few days ago. I am 10+5 now, should I worry?

Last scan was at 9+2, everything was fine. Next scan is scheduled at 12 weeks exactly.

Before this spotting I had a 2-3 hours road trip and it might have been a little "shaky", do you think this issues may be related?

My husband insists on not calling the doctor saying it's meaningless.
