Period never came?

I was a post to get my period on march 10 and it never came I toke a test to day and it was negative I don't know if I'm coming down with something but I feel pressure and I feel like ether I'm going to throw up or I have to go potty I just feel very tired and nausea when do you think I should do or test again my last period was Feb 3rd ?
