Should your children be involved in deciding whether you should have another child or not?

If they're older, that is. Not a toddler but like a 12 year old.

They aren't paying for the child. lol I'd take it into consideration but that wouldn't stop me from doing something.

They should be a consideration, but Idk if it would be considered them having a say in it.

Um... no. Not at all.

I will consider the needs of my future kids when deciding to have more kids. But my children would not be involved in making the decision at all. 
For example, if my living children would suffer if I had another then I wouldn't. If a child had a disability that required more attention and another child would make their lives so much harder then I'd likely not have another kid. But if my future kid said I don't want a sibling the tough luck. I think siblings are good for kids and teaches them responsibility for others, respect, how to share and compromise, etc. They're also a permanent friend and as sad as it is to say- they will be all your child has one day when you're gone. I know my mum is very thankful to have siblings while dealing with the medical issues, etc of their parents. I wouldn't want my kid to go through that alone.
