Having kids

So me and my boyfriend have been arguing about him and the girl that he used to talk too before getting with me . Every time she talks to him she says inappropriate things like I don't wear a bra or panties . He promised me he would stop talking to her . About 4 months ago she texted him about a new puppy he had got. And she was talking about how his new dog was their baby and how they were going to have mixed babies . This hurt me because not only did he promise he wasn't going to talk to her but also because he didn't put an effort to stop it . And he asked if she could buy him food and if he could go over. What do you guys think about this situation!??
