13dpt 11dpiui is this a true BFP?

Hi guys, I had the trigger shot pregnyl 13 days ago and got what seems to be a strong positive, I'm scared to get excited, do you guys think this is a real BFP? I've been ttc for 1year, had 2 m/c. 
Top one is 12 days post trigger and bottom one is today 13dpt
