Long distance

I just said bye to my bf after him being in town for 4 days. We hadn't seen each other in a month and a half. This goodbye was so hard. I see him every time I walk around the house. Its like I'm living every single memory. He lives all the way across America. Our goodbye was so sad and I've cried for 3 hours now. Any tips on what to do?
