It's awesome! Best thing is you can put frozen meat in it--it's not the juiciest afterwards, but on days I forgot to defrost, at least we eat. There are SO MANY blogs now too with great recipes. Nom Nom Paleo has a lot of great recipes.

Instapot the pressure cooker is amazing. I love sautéing and or browning the meat in the same  pot I cook with unlike a crockpot. You can make soooooo many things, from cheesecake to whole chicken, to any kind of stew. There's a Facebook group that has been  really great and has lots of suggestions.  Unlike a crockpot, you don't need to wait 4 to six hours to cook something you can make the same meal in less than an hour. It was a real lifesaver as a first time mom.

I love mine! Chicken breast doesn't seem to do quite as well as dark meat.  Hard boiled eggs peel so easy and veggies like cabbage cook super quick.  I make beef tips that take 10+ hours in the crockpot with only 20-30 mins cook time.  Cook times can be a little deceiving since it doesn't count the time it takes to hear and seal...but so worth it
