Early labor symptoms?

I'm going on 32 weeks and feeling like I'm getting period cramps along with horrible lower back pain I'm pretty sure my baby dropped about two days ago should I be concerned early labor is possible or is this just a normal symptom for how far along I am?

If you can time them and they are consistent for about and hour then call your doctor because you are too early! Otherwise it's possible they're BH. Try drinking a lot of water and see if it helps because the first thing they'll do is put an iv in to see if you just dehydrated.
