Gas makes periods worse
I get really gassy on my period and of course I am cramping and sore but the gas makes it worse because I can feel the gas bubbling in my gut and usually that wouldn't hurt and it's normal but on my period that hurts like hell. Anyone else know what I'm saying? Being really gassy on your period hurts.
