Hi I know they say to follow the rule of add one.. but really? I don't want to overheat my baby and cause any heat rashes.

Over here in the U.K. The weather is very hot, with hardly any to no breeze. It gets hotter by day. I was thinking maybe a vest, socks, hat, mittens and light blanket to go home in?

Or just a full suit and no blanket?
