Help!! Bikini line bump

Okay so for about 4 or more weeks i've had this dark area near my bikini line. It started out as two ingrown hairs near eachother but it's grown into a small bump. i was feeling it yesterday and it's almost the size of a green pea but yesterday i started squeezing and puss came out. today i felt it in the shower to see if any things changed and with the smallest touch puss and blood came out. It's also becoming a little painful but it's not super painful. i'm not sure what this is or what to do, any advice?
