hidradenitis suppurativa

Anyone suffer with hidradenitis suppurativa? I'm 18w4d and having a flare up under both underarms! Any suggestions on treating them w/o rx? I'm going to call my dermatologist in am. He normally injects them with steroids and puts me on abx but I assume the rx will be diff while pregnant. Any prevent tips? Anyone done laser rx? Botox?
