I'm I guess I'm having a miscarriage :'(

From Wed-Sat my betaHCG went from 2915 down to 2550, then on Sunday (today) it had jumped down to 1895! I had the last draw in the ER to confirm my falling #'s, as my OB can't get me in for an ultrasound until Tuesday and I was freaking out. I have had zero spotting, and just mild cramps that feel normal to me (this is my 3rd pregnancy). If I hadn't asked for beta tests, I wouldn't even know this was happening. The ER doc said to wait and brace myself for pain and bleeding. Here I sit, waiting to miscarry. I feel broken. I would be 6 weeks today.
