I need someone to help me

Long story short. I've had 3 miscarriages and I'm 17 and I want a baby so badly and so does my fiancé we are financial ready but I'm so young and know its not right for me to think this I want someone to talk me out of it. I've tired to stop thinking of it for the past month but can't seen to do it I'm so frustrated that I think I might look for harsher people like the older member TTC may they will be mean enough to stop me but right now I'd like your help
