Period cramps at 35 weeks, labour?

So I've had period like cramps all day today and the other morning I had them for about 2 hours. I've had some panadol and water and they seem to be improving A BIT but still noticeable. My baby has also dropped and I've been very uncomfortable the past week or so having him so low in my pelvis 😑

Does this sound like early/ prelabour to you or just normal for this stage of pregnancy?

Also my breasts have become quite sore the past day or so and I was able to squeeze a bit of colostrum out of them the other day (by accident) which has never happened before...
